Description
The promontory of Capo Boi is located right on the side of Porto Sa Ruxi, shortly before getting to the beach of Solanas. It is surmounted by a lookout tower with the same name, from where it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view. At the base of the promontory granite rock formations, eroded by the sea and winds, form a number of small enchanting coves. A true corner of paradise with waters of colours ranging from emerald green to light blue, and a seabed made of white sand and rocks. All of this is surrounded by rock faces, covered by Mediterranean maquis, which plummet into the sea. At the extremity of the cliff, there is the well-known rock formation of the small elephant, called this way because of its peculiar shape carved by the erosion.
