Itineray
Arriving from mainland Sardinia at the southern access to Sant’Antioco, you will find the signposts to the beaches. If you follow the signposts, you will get on the SP 76 which goes around the island, and you will arrive in the proximity of the beaches. After taking the SP 76, go on for about 10 km, go past Cannai, and you will reach the junction to Capo Sperone, where you will arrive after about 7 km.
From Maladroxia, going down Via Coaquaddus, you will get on the road to Capo Sperone.
From the beach of Turri you will get to Capo Sperone driving along the coast for about 1.5 km.
Description
This small beach is made up of pebbles, it has deep waters and a rocky seabed. The promontory of Capo Sperone is characterized by a scenery of incredible beauty. The Mediterranean maquis grows luxuriantly on the cliffs overlooking the sea, and it reaches down to the water. In the surroundings there is the lush pinewood of Peonia Rosa, equipped with picnic areas. In the middle of the sea lie the three small islands of La Vacca, Il Vitello and Toro. These are uninhabited small islands which host autochthonous species of animals and plants of particular interest.
