It was here that Giuseppe Bovi and his wife Romana, arriving from Acerno, in the Salerno area, began their adventure in 1967. With a special mission: first to captivate their guests' palates with Romana's squid ink risotto or an authentic Neapolitan pizza, blending the scents of Ogliastra's nature with those of authentic cuisine, and then to welcome them to rooms with sea views.
