Itinerary
From Aglientu, take the SP 5 north towards Santa Teresa di Gallura and Vignola Mare. After about 10 kilometers, you'll reach the intersection with the SP 90, and turn right towards Santa Teresa di Gallura. After about 12 kilometers, near the village of Rena Majori, turn left onto a road, partly paved and partly dirt, which leads to the beach after about 400 meters. From Santa Teresa di Gallura, take the SP 90 towards Castelsardo. After about 7 kilometers, you'll find the turnoff to the beach on the right.
Description
This beach is characterized by fine, white sand. The sea is transparent and azure, and the seabed is sandy and deep. Crossed by the Cantaru and Ciuchesa rivers, it offers a landscape of rare beauty. The granite cliffs that frame it give way to a system of white sand dunes, covered in Mediterranean scrub and colorful flower species. Behind the beach is a lush, man-made pine forest offering shade during the hottest hours of the day.
