From Cagliari take the old SS125 in the direction of San Priamo, and shortly before arriving to the small town, you will find, on the right , the exit to Feraxi. Continue on a dirt road, running along a small river, which feeds the pool of Feraxi located behind the beach.
From San Priamo take the old SS 125 in the direction of Cagliari and turn left onto the SP 20. From there follow the signposts to Feraxi.
From Porto Pirastu take the unpaved road northward and follow the signposts with a blue dolphin, symbol of beach of Feraxi.
Description
This beach, which is about 4 km long, is characterized by fine cream-coloured sand, crystal clear shallow waters and a sandy seabed. Thanks to the presence of a number of bathing establishments and facilities, this beach gets very crowded and is well equipped. The uncontaminated lagoonal area behind it is much loved by fishermen and birdwatchers. The beach of Feraxi is bordered on the right by a small promontory. On this stretch of the beach lies a dunal complex rich in typical vegetation as junipers, sea daffodils and rushes.
