This beach boasts golden sand and a crystalline sea of a light blue colour. Its waters are deep and the seabed is sandy. It forms the northern part of a 6-km stretch of sand, set between the promontory topped by Torre dei Corsari – in the south – and the town of Pistis – in the north. The name of the extremely large dunal system located behind the beach is ‘Is Arenas’e S’Acqua’e S’Ollastu’ and it means ‘the sands of the wild olive spring’. The beach is well equipped and it is possible to swim peacefully in its waters.
