If you are leaving from the centre of San Teodoro take Via del Tirreno which takes to the southern part of the beach that is well signalled. Otherwise take the SS 125 towards Olbia, there are many accesses for the central and northern part of the beach. If you are leaving from Olbia take the SS 125 for San Teodoro and Siniscola. You will arrive to San Teodoro after travelling c.32 km. If you are leaving from Budoni take the SP 1 coast road for San Teodoro where you will arrive after more or less 10 km, otherwise take the SS 125 or the SS 131 north.
Description
La Cinta is a famous beach, of 4 km long, with very white fine sand. The sea is crystalline and has hues that range from emerald green to azure, the water is very shallow and the sea-bottom is sandy. It offers and kind of services and during high season is overcrowded, especially the southern part. The landscape is very fascinating. The beach stretches out to Puntaldia, north, to the centre of San Teodoro, south, parallel to San Teodoro’s marsh. An extended dune system, covered with typical marsh like vegetation, separates the beach from the marsh.
