Description
This beach of 300 metres long, is characterized by golden coarse sand. The sea is transparent and azure, the water is shallow and the sea-bottom is sandy. On one side of the beach there’s a wharf for small crafts to dock to. The landscape is particularly interesting. The beach is on the southern edge of the narrow natural passage for the port of Olbia called stretto di Bocca (Mouth’s passage), it’s secured for navigation by a lighthouse on the frontal Isola della Bocca (Mouth Island). Behind the beach the humid area of Caprile’s marsh makes the landscape more valuable, giving it a wild charm.
