If you are leaving from Arzachena take the SS 125 south towards Olbia. After more or less 5 km turn left on the SP 73 and follow the signs for Baia Sardinia. After more or less 3 km continue on the SP 59 towards Porto Cervo. After travelling c.6 km turn right on the SP 94, which comes from Olbia. After more or less 1,5 km turn left on the SP 160 for Capriccioli and Romazzino, continue towards Olbia. After more or less 2 km on the left there’s an unpaved road which takes to the beach. If you are leaving from Olbia take the SS 125 north towards Arzachena and follow the signs for Porto Cervo, on the SP 73 and on the SP 94. After travelling c. 21 km turn right to an unpaved road that takes to the beach.
Description
This beach is characterized by golden fine sand. The sea is incredibly transparent and azure. The water is shallow and the sea-bottom is sandy. The name Liscia Ruja means “red tong” in the local dialect. The Romazzino peninsula shelters the beach from sea currents and winds. The landscape presents a wild nature where the blooming Mediterranean maquis alternates with the pink granitic rocks.
