Itineray
From the harbour of Carloforte take the coast road which runs along the south-western coastline of the island and then goes up westward until it reaches La Caletta. Go past the salt pans located just outside the town, and after about 5.5 km you will find on the left the signpost to the beach Lucaise, written upon a large rock positioned on the side of the road. Park the auto in an unpaved car park and continue on foot along a path leading to the beach.
Description
Lucaise is a small cove made up of flat grey rocks which allow those who appreciate rocks and tranquillity to swim in its waters. The seascape that you can admire from the beach is breathtaking. The water is light blue with green hues and it creates a strong contrast with the grey colour of the cliffs of Punta le Colonne, located in front of it.
Car park.
