Itineray
Arriving from mainland Sardinia at the southern access to Sant’Antioco, you will find the signposts to the beaches. If you follow the signposts, you will get on the SP 76 which goes around the island, and you will arrive in the proximity of the beaches. After taking the SP 76, go on for about 4.5 km, and turn left at the junction to Maladroxia. After about 2.5 km you will reach the tourist resort of Maladroxia and the beach, adjacent to it.
Description
This beautiful beach boasts fine white sand and a crystalline sea of colours ranging from green to intense light blue. Due to its shallow waters, the sandy seabed and the numerous facilities it has to offer, it is the ideal place for families with children. The scenery is characterized by the tourist resort of Maladroxia, whose houses are set in the midst of the vegetation, and by a hill, covered in Mediterranean maquis. This latter is topped by the nuraghe S’Ega de Marteddu which is famous because it was built with white limestone rocks. The resort is moreover well-known for the presence of a hot spring which had already been used by the Romans.
