Itineray

If you are leaving from Budoni take the SS 125 south towards Siniscola. After more or less 4 km you will arrive to Tanaunella. From there follow the signs for Porto Ainu village and to the beach next to it. If you are leaving from San Teodoro take the SP 1 coast road for Ottiolu and Budoni where you will arrive after more or less 10 km. Otherwise if you are still leaving from San Teodoro take the SS 125 south towards Budoni, or the SS 131 south.

Description

This is a small cove sheltered by two promontories. Behind the beach a marsh surrounded by the typical marsh-like area vegetation gives to this beach a wilder character. The beach has white fine sand, is washed by a crystalline and azure sea with shallow water, the sea-bottom is sandy. Nearby there are other wonderful small coves and cliff stretches particularly interesting for snorkelling enthusiasts.

Itinerario

Da Budoni percorrere la SS 125 verso sud, in direzione di Siniscola. Dopo circa 4 chilometri si giunge nella località di Tanaunella. Da qui seguire le indicazioni per il villaggio di Porto Ainu e l’adiacente spiaggia. Da San Teodoro prendere la litoranea SP 1 per Ottiolu e Budoni, dove si arriva dopo circa 10 chilometri. In alternativa da San Teodoro si può raggiungere Budoni anche percorrendo la SS 125 verso sud, ed anche la SS 131 d.c.n. verso sud.

Descrizione

È una piccola caletta riparata da due promontori. Alle sue spalle, uno stagno circondato dalla tipica vegetazione peristagnale, contribuisce a rendere l’aspetto di questa spiaggia più selvaggio. Presenta sabbia bianca a grana fine ed è bagnata da un mare cristallino ed azzurro, dai fondali bassi e sabbiosi. Nelle vicinanze si trovano altre splendide calette e tratti di scogliere particolarmente interessanti per gli amanti dello snorkeling.

Chioschi, accesso disabili, affitto attrezzature sport acquatici, parcheggio.
