From Arbus take the SP 68 in the direction of Montevecchio and Marina di Arbus. After about 9 km, you will reach Montevecchio. From there, take the SP 65 towards Marina di Arbus. After about 15 km, go past the left turning to Marina di Arbus and carry on towards the former settlement of Funtanazza. Go past it, head north for about 8 km, and turn left at the junction to Porto Palma. Coming from Guspini, take the SS 126 in the direction of Terralba. After about 2.5 km, turn left onto the SP 65 towards the village of Sant’Antonio di Santadi. Follow the signposts to Porto Palma where you will arrive after about 31 km, after going past the right turning to Torre dei Corsari.
Description
This beach is characterized by grey gravel, and is lapped by a crystalline shallow sea of a light blue colour. The sea-bottom is made up of pebbles and rocks. The beach is flanked by two promontories covered in Mediterranean maquis. In the proximity of the beach, there is a tuna factory of the 1600s called Tonnara Flumentorgiu that has been transformed into a tourist resort.
