Itineray
From Sant’Anna Arresi follow the signposts to Porto Pino, where you will arrive after 6 km. When you reach the town, go past the left turning to the beach of Porto Pino and go on until you get to an intersection with signposts for the numerous beaches of the area. Turn right into Via Porto Pineddu, an unpaved road which runs parallel to the coast. After about 500 metres, you will see on the left a gate which is always open. Go in, and continue on the right along Via del Ginepro. After a number of houses set in the midst of a pinewood, you will arrive at the end of the unpaved road and at the beach.
Description
This beach is made up of stretches of white sand which alternate with rocks punctuated by natural pools. It is lapped by crystal clear shallow waters of an intense light blue colour. The promontory of Punta Menga in the south protects it from the Sirocco. The beach is backed by high dunes covered in junipers and in other typical plants of the Mediterranean maquis. The scenery is enriched by the islands of Sant’Antioco and La Vacca, located in front of the beach.
Car park.
