If you are leaving from Porto Torres drive towards the port and continue on Via Mare towards east. The Scoglio Lungo ( Long Rock) beach is next to the eastern wharf of the port. If you are leaving from Sassari take the SS 131 for Porto Torres where you will arrive after travelling c.24 km.
Description
This beach has white fine sand. The sea is transparent and it has hues that range from green to azure. The water is shallow and the bottom is a mix of sand and rocks, perfect for families with children. On the eastern part of the beach, proceeding on Porto Torres Lungomare there’s a practicable cliff where snorkelling enthusiasts can find various interesting cues.
