Description
This beach is characterized by fine, golden sand mixed with pebbles. It is lapped by a transparent shallow sea of colours ranging from emerald green to light blue, beneath which lies a sea-bottom made up of sand and rocks. The scenery is dominated by a wonderful natural arch formed through the erosion of an extremely white cliff that borders the beach in the northern side. The name S’Archittu derives from this arch- the biggest natural one in Sardinia.
There are no facilities at the beach.
