Itineray
From the harbour of Carloforte take the coast road which runs along the south-western coastline of the island and then goes up westward until it reaches La Caletta. Go past the salt pans located just outside the town, and after 4.5 km you will find on the left the signpost to the beach of Guidi, written upon a large rock positioned on the side of the road. Park the auto in an unpaved car park and continue on foot along an easy dirt path leading to the beach.
Description
The beach of Guidi boasts fine white sand and a crystalline sea of colour ranging from light blue to green. The shallow depths and the sandy seabed are suitable for families with children. It is a corner of paradise, protected from the winds by Punta du Xitta in the south and by Punta Nera in the north. The peculiar cliffs on the sides, having colours ranging from pink to grey, strengthen the charm of a place that should not be missed.
Car park, kiosk, restaurant.
