From Cagliari take the SS 195 in the direction of Domus De Maria. A few kilometres after Santa Margherita di Pula, turn left towards Chia. When you arrive at an intersection with a bar on the left side, go straight. Shortly after the Chia Laguna Resort, turn left and follow the signposts to the beach.
Description
These are two neighbouring beaches which boast fine golden sand and extremely clear waters. The wonderful seabed, rich in fish, attracts underwater photography enthusiasts. There are two small islands called Su Giudeu in front of the beach. Their name comes from the octopus that swims in these waters, called in Sardinian dialect ‘pruppu giudeu’. These small islands can be easily reached either by swimming, or on foot through a stretch of shallow water. From the top of the bigger island, it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view.
Car park, café, hotels, restaurants, campsite, kiosks, beach umbrella and pedal boat rental.
