Where flamingos fly

Experience nature. Flamingos nesting in the uncontaminated natural environment of protected wetlands are a symbol of elegance and freedom in the proud, ancient land of Capoterra.

Nearby, the Gutturu Mannu Regional Nature Park, which includes the territories of Capoterra, Sarroch, Villa San Pietro, Pula, Domus de Maria, Teulada, and Santadi, is home to many types of trees and native plants.

The lagoon of Nora, which covers 55 hectares, offers visitors a mix of naturalistic and cultural itineraries. Along the canals, you can admire the Corsican seagull, rare to this area, and many other species of wild birds.

You can then visit the beaches: near Nora you can dive into the crystal clear waters of the Spiaggia dei Fichi (Figs Beach), Su Guventeddu, in Santa Margherita.
